Order Confirmation

When we receive your order, we will send a confirmation to your email. This confirmation indicates that we have pre-authorised your payment method.

Next, we check with our warehouse or suppliers to ensure your desired item is available and ready for dispatch. If your items are unavailable for immediate dispatch, we will remove the pre-authorisation from your payment method and notify you via email. For items that are available, we will process the charges and prepare your order for dispatch promptly.


How Will My Order Be Delivered?

All orders are delivered using the fastest, safest, and most reliable methods. Once we process your payment, we aim to dispatch your items within 1–2 business days.

After your item(s) leave the warehouse, you will receive a dispatch notification via email. The notification will include tracking details to help you monitor the progress of your delivery.

We will choose the most suitable delivery method and courier based on your order. Please note that it is not possible to select a specific courier or delivery method at checkout.

Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays.
